Music is essential for the social and cognitive development of individuals. Teaching plays an important role in the life of Eros Jaca. Apart from being a cello professor in Kanton Luzern conservatories, he undertakes and leads educational projects in Switzerland.

His students have been awarded almost entirely with first prizes for their violoncello performances as well as in the chamber music category in competitions such as: Schweizerischer Jugendmusikwettbewerb (Kategorie Alte Musik und Klassische Music), Krienser Ensemble-Wettbewerb, Wettbewerb Oberkirch in der Schweiz, Dotzauer International Cello Competition and JuMu Jugendmusiziert Deutschland.
